Shipping and Handling

United Kingdom - £3.95

For all orders unless stated otherwise. Some promotion items have FREE delivery included please check with us if in any doubt.

Next-day priority delivery - £7.95

For all orders. Orders must be placed Monday - Thursday before 5pm. Please check availability by calling 01527 872394 when using this service.

We will do everything we can to ensure your delivery arrives promptly, but can not make any guarantees on behalf of the Royal Mail or other carriers. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

International

We do not normally supply products outside of the UK. Goods will be delivered to a UK postal address only. In some circumstances we may agree to ship internationally once you have agreed shipping charges and paid for the goods in full.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is a condition of our relationship with Trek that we canot supply Trek Bikes, Lemond Bikes or Mirraco BMX and Components other than by collection from our store in Bromsgrove. If you wish to purchase a Trek product please call us on 01527 872394 for more details.

If you complete an order online then you will be required to collect the bike from our store.

Credit Card Security

Speeds Cycles use PAYPAL to clear your payment. Please register with PAYPAL before placing your order. Any refunds will be paid via PAYPAL refunds.

Mail order  / phone sales are cleared by HSBC, please ensure that the delivery address details you provide match those on the credit card statement you receive. 

On web orders and via ebay we offer the use of PayPal. If in any doubt please contact us before placing your order. We do not pass on customer information to any third party.

Guarantee

We are Confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item please do so within 7 days in a saleable condition.

P&P and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.

Delivery Schedule

Your order will be despatched the day we receive your order (before1pm) and take no more than 3 days to reach you (Standard delivery - UK).

You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been despatched. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is one where you can sign for the parcel.

If an item does not show as being in stock please call us on 01527 872394 to establish the expected delivery lead time. If an item is not in stock then we ask that you allow upto 28 days for delivery unless we have confirmed a shorter lead time via e-mail.

Conditions of Sale

1. In these conditions of sale 'the company' means Speeds Cycles.

2. These conditions shall apply to all orders received and accepted unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Company. The giving of an order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full by the customer.

4. Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit or shortages must be notified to the Company within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

5. Claims for non-delivery of goods must be received by the Company within 14 days of the date of the order.

6. The contract shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
