My bike had a manufacturing fault (ply had split near the rear wheel) But Speeds reserved me any bike in there warehouse straight away and are currently in the process of swapping them via FedEx. So should receive the new one tomorrow.
I have been impressed with the speed and communication in dealing with this rare problem and would use Speeds again in the future.
