The product looks great; easy to set up and use, nice and robust. Some slight problems with threading on the supplied screws - which was quickly resolved by Speeds Cycles, thanks guys.

Paypal held up my order but Speeds Cycles were quick to respond to my email and kept me informed of delivery times. The rack is great, even though one of the plastic screws doesn't fit properly. We got two bikes to Devon and back on our Ford Fiesta with no problems whatsoever. Good service by speed cycles they even phoned me to see if i minded a slightly damaged box.
